  • BDgene other variants: A list of other variants, such as VNTR, microsatellite, duplication, insertion/deletion, SNP without rs ID etc. included in BDgene and their annotations
  • BDgene genes: A list of genes included in BDgene and their annotations
  • BDgene gene-gene interactions: A list of gene-gene interactions included in BDgene
  • BDgene regions: A list of regions included in BDgene and their annotations
  • BDgene pathways by PBA: A list of PBA pathways included in BDgene and the corresponding PBA parameters/results
• BD shared genetic factors with SZ and/or MDD:
  • BDgene cross disorder SNPs: A list of SNPs shared by BD and SZ/MDD in BDgene
